Have you been looking for a place to belong? These gatherings are for anyone and everyone who is happy to share their meditation practice and explore guided imagery. In these particular circles there is always an opportunity to share as we are trying to build connections and allow ourselves to practice being seen and heard. You are invited to feel your way into your meditation and your body as we arrive together to be purposeful in our thoughts and actions. Setting collective and individual intentions, looking at different meditation techniques and using many methods to connect to spirit and the divine energy moving through us and around us, we may explore oracle cards, sound healing instruments and more.
If meditation is still new to you or if you've been doing this for a while, please feel invited to join us. Pre-registration is required to guarantee your seat as space is limited. Breathwork & Soundbath Experience
Practices with breath are an age old tradition that are quickly becoming well known today for their incredibly healing benefits. Not only do they reduce stress, boost your mood and increase your energy but they can free you from unwanted habits, negative belief patterns and even self-sabotage. Through breath we can develop more love and compassion for ourselves and others. We can then foster healthy habits that no longer rely on the self-soothing and masking with external aids we tend to lean on such as food, alcohol, shopping, cannabis, cigarettes etc. Instead we are able to connect internally and do the work necessary to find healing. Through this practice you can gain insight and find clarity....JUST with YOUR BREATH.
GENERAL GUIDELINES: Its ideal not to eat a heavy meal at least 2 hours prior to class. If there is a very recent trauma, please let me know privately before class.
CONTRAINDICATIONS: Since breathwork is an active practice and highly stimulating, it is not ideal if there are any recent surgeries, or if one is pregnant. Cautions to be taken with any significant mental illness or history of epilepsy
WHAT TO WEAR: Loose clothing, no belts, no tight jeans, dress comfy with layers. Its possible to get hot or cold or both! You can bring your own blanket if you like and optional eye mask.
